I’m Casey Sanborn, owner of Ozarks Family Hospitality. That's me with my wife and kids in the photo.

I started this business to to help independent, family-owned resorts and hotels in the Branson, Missouri; Table Rock Lake; and surrounding areas be successful.  Some of these properties are struggling to compete against branded and short-term rental properties.  Some are getting by, but would like affordable help to lift some of the overwhelming weight they carry.  I believe independent, family-owned properties are extremely important to the community.  They are authentic, have character and provide personalized service.  They remember their guests and treat them like family.  Many have been in business for multiple generations.  I want to help them compete in modern ways without losing what they do so well.

I'd like to share what I've learned in over 200 hours of Cornell University coursework in hotel revenue management, strategic hospitality marketing and hospitality management as well as a lifetime of family vacations and experiences in the Branson/Lakes area.  I'm have Cornell University certifications in Hotel Revenue Management and Hospitality Management.  I've been a professional consultant for a global engineering company for 28 years.  I know the Branson/Lakes area and how to make my clients successful.  I know how to build high-performing teams to get things done and make a real difference.

It's clear that many resorts and hotels have outdated pricing strategy and lack essential revenue and marketing strategies.  They have hidden and unrealized value.  They struggle to compete for occupancy during shoulder seasons.  Some are not utilizing technology and software to their full potential.  Many are short-staffed and owners are exhausted trying to keep up with every aspect of the business.  I would like to help change this.

I've already had a very successful career.  Unlike many businesses, my primary goal is not to maximize my own revenue and profit - it is to contribute to my community doing something I enjoy and to make a fair and reasonable profit in the process.  My goal is to help you maximize YOUR revenue to give you choices.  Maybe you'd like to focus on your guest experience or to have more personal time with your family.  Maybe you want to build that nest egg and retire earlier than planned.  Maybe you would like to expand your resort or revenue sources.  Whatever your dreams may be, I want to help you achieve them, one step at a time!
