I’m Casey Sanborn, owner of Ozarks Family Hospitality. That's me with my wife and kids in the photo.

I started this business to to help independent, family-owned resorts and hotels in the Branson, Missouri; Table Rock Lake; and surrounding areas be successful.  I see many of these properties struggling to survive and compete against branded and short-term rental properties.  I believe independent, family-owned properties are extremely important to the community.  They are authentic, have character and provide personalized service.  They remember their guests and treat them like family.  Many have been in business for multiple generations.  I want to help them compete in modern ways without losing what they do so well.

I decided to study how I could help.  I enrolled in hospitality courses offered by Cornell University and began working with one resort to learn about their challenges.  I started to understand why many of these resorts and hotels are struggling to survive and compete.  Many of them have outdated pricing strategy and lack essential revenue and marketing strategies.  They have undiscovered value.  They struggle to compete for occupancy during shoulder seasons.  Some are not utilizing technology and software to their full potential.  Many are short-staffed and owners are exhausted trying to keep up with every aspect of the business.  I hope to change all of this.

I'm now a certified revenue manager and have Cornell University education in hotel revenue management, hospitality management and strategic marketing.  I've been a professional consultant for a global engineering company for 28 years.  I know the Branson/Lakes area and I know how to make my clients successful.  I'm a problem solver and know how to get things done.  My family has been the target market for many of you my whole life.  I know what your guests need and want because I've been one.
